Guid Crack: O'er the Sea

with Joanne Marr

(Fri 30 Sep: 7.30pm)

Wild winds blow stories of Islands through the mist, sea monsters and vast voyages. Adventure awaits for those brave enough to seek it!

Storyteller Joanne Marr is our guest for this evening, as Edinburgh’s long-running storytelling night returns to the Scottish Storytelling Centre with the usual open-floor opportunity to share a tale of your own.

Joanne Urwin is a Glasgow-based storyteller, who previously worked with Village Storytelling Centre and has background in Community Arts, working with diverse groups of all ages and abilities. Joanne has a real skill in reaching people of all generations with her enthusiasm and unique delivery style. She loves to tell stories with strong female characters, old tales with a modern twist, Scottish stories and those from further afield.
