Guid Crack Storytelling Session

with Susi Briggs

This event has been cancelled

We are pleased to host another online session of Edinburgh’s long-running storytelling night, so those further afield can enjoy the stories, or even share a story in our open-floor section.

Our guest this month is Susi Briggs, an author, storyteller and musician from Dumfries and Galloway. Passionate about Scots language literacy, Susi writes songs, poetry and picture books. She also co-creates the storytelling show Oor Wee Podcast. Her three picture books have all been shortlisted for Scots Bairns' Book o the Year.

Susi's original stories and poems are often performed in Scots because she wants the next generation to see that the Scots language is as beautiful and valid as any other on this bonny birling planet.
