Funny Folk Tales for Children: Book Launch

Popular Scottish storyteller and folklorist Allison Galbraith launches her latest collection Funny Folk Tales for Children in a fun family session for May Day!
In this new book are eleven of the funniest folktales from around the world. Allison will tell one or two of the stories and share her own tales of finding and choosing hilarious folktales. An art activity with Lucinda M Wilson, illustrator of Funny Folk Tales for Children, will follow the storytelling.
Copies of the book will be available to purchase on the day and Allison will be happy to sign your copy and answer questions from any budding authors or storytellers.
This event costs £5 per child with up to 2 accompanying adults free. Please book the correct number of tickets for everyone attending. Additional adults will cost £5 per ticket. A booking fee of £1.25 is charged per transaction for online and phone bookings.
