EIIF: Better Scenework

A great improv scene has a clear game (or pattern) and takes place in a specific location with interesting, emotionally-present, characters. This class will NOT focus on the comedy (game) of the scene, but all the other stuff.
See how being specific, interesting and emotionally committing to the reality you create will allow for the comedy to come easy. While this is not a comedy-focused class, it will be a lot of fun!
Casey Feigh is a comedic actor, writer & director whose films include the award-winning Beginner’s Luck. As an actor Casey has appeared in What We Do In The Shadows, The Goldbergs, Grown-ish and more. Casey has created and sold shows to Comedy Central & Pop TV and also written for NBC, Disney and FunnyOrDie. Casey has taught regularly at the UCB Theatre in Los Angeles since 2012 and is the creator of Holy Shit Improv, an improv show featuring the best comedy talent in L.A. If you are willing and able to donate a workshop place to another festival goer you can! Click the button above and select the ticket type you would like to donate. EIIF will then be able to offer a free place to someone who would not have been able to attend otherwise.
A booking fee of £1.50 is charged per transaction. If you have to drop out of a class before Jan 31st 2024 you will receive a refund (minus booking fee). If you drop out after Jan 31st 2024 you are not entitled to a refund, unless there is someone on a waitlist willing to take your spot, in which case you will be refunded (minus booking fee).
