Akshay is from Kerala, India. He holds an MA in Poetry from the Seamus Heaney Center at Queen’s University, Belfast. His work appears in Gutter, the Scottish BPOC Writers Network, The Honest Ulsterman, The Blackbird Anthology, Press Pause Press, The Apiary and other vague, nondescript places.

Jemima Foxtrot, a writer, performer and theatre-maker from Yorkshire, living in Berlin. She has written and performed several critically acclaimed works for the stage and has published three collections of poetry; All Damn Day (Burning Eye Books 2016), A New Game (Burning Eye Books 2022), and Treasure (Bad Betty Press 2024).

Joshua Idehen is a British-Nigerian poet, spoken word artist, and musician known for his evocative and thought-provoking work. With a unique blend of rhythm, lyricism, and social commentary, he explores themes of identity, race, and the human experience. Songbook is a collection of his spoken word pieces.

Safiya Kamaria Kinshasa is a British-born, Barbadian-raised choreopoet, researcher and current PhD student in Cultural Studies. Her debut poetry collection Cane, Corn & Gully (Out-Spoken Press, 2022) explored the narratives of enslaved Barbadian women and their descendants through their dances and is the first book to feature dance notation of the enslaved.
