Am I really home?
A Journey Through the Literary Voices of Italian Scottish Women

(Tue 25 Nov: 12:30pm)
Through storytelling, poetry and prose, four widely published Italian Scottish women writers will describe their diverse journeys of navigating, rooting and belonging. This performance is inspired by the innovative research by Professor Manuela D’Amore of Catania University, highlighting what is distinctive about Scottish Italian literature within the context of the wider Italian diaspora. Chaired by Makar Dr Peter Mackay (Scotland's National Poet, University of St Andrews) and featuring dance from Italian Folk Connections.
