Loud Poets x Bad Betty Press
Independent publisher of strange, raw and risk-taking poetry Bad Betty Press are coming north of the border and collaborating with Loud Poets for their Edinburgh show. Hosted at the fantastic Scottish Storytelling Centre, the event features Jake Wild Hall, Shanay Neusum-James, Anne Gill and Gray Crosbie.

About Bad Betty Press
Bad Betty Press are an independent publisher of new poetry, run by Amy Acre and Jake Wild Hall. They love writing that is bad (in the Foxy Brown sense) and beautiful (‘a Betty’ in 90s slang). They love the strange, raw and risk-taking. They believe strongly in art’s capacity to challenge its own definition, to curve away from the norm making space for more and varied voices.
About Loud Poets
I Am Loud Productions Founded in 2014, I Am Loud Productions started as monthly poetry night Loud Poets. With the simple goal of presenting spoken word poetry in a creative, engaging and entertaining way, the team booked the best talent they could find and pushed the boundaries of what poetry could be. Rebranded as I Am Loud Productions in 2019, I Am Loud has evolved into a multi-disciplinary production and entertainment company. I Am Loud is still firmly rooted in producing high-quality poetry-focused projects including their live shows hosted at the Scottish Storytelling Centre, education series Return to Form and their annual National Poetry Writing Month series.
